My Health Coaching Practice August 19, 2013

Wherever I look I see people in distress and I can’t help but want to help them all. We all deserve to be happy, stress-free, and living a full life. But how is that possible when what much of what we have learned about health, nutrition and work-life balance is not only wrong, but can be destructive?

I’m designing a path to better health and wellness by helping those with digestive distress. Imagine the facts for a moment:

– We eat 2 to 6 times per day
– We drink fluids 4 to 20 times per day
– We take a breath of air 12-16 times per minute

Now imagine if every breath you took was full of bad air or every drink you consumed was toxic or each meal was laced with chemicals; Can you see why so many people suffer from digestive disorders and discomfort?

My goal is to help others gain balance in their diet, lifestyle, work and daily routines. With a unique and personally tailored approach to guide and support you, I’ll help you make the incremental changes that lead to a better, more fulfilling life.
